Well my nephew got into a fight at his school a few weeks ago and today we get to go to court for it.  The school has police on site, which is sad, and he received a ticket for fighting.  Well, it's today at 1:30pm.  Usually, I was told, the judge issues a $35.00 fee and community service.  I hope this is the case. 

With the purchase of the new home and adjusting from natural gas to propane.  It's been tight on $$$$.  We just filled the tank which cost $400.00, mind you it should last us for about 4-5 months.  So it's about $90.00 a month, which is still high.  Then with the addition of the 2 boys we have gone from $200.00 a month on food to $300-400 a month.  I keep wondering if it's all worth it.  Last night I was asked if the boys can go to the football game and I said no, they're still on punishment.  Well, I was then told that depending on what happens at court, that will determine weither they can go or not.  I then said that I said they can't go.  I was then told that he said it depends on what happens and that if it turns out ok, that they can go and what he says is the bottom line.  OK...so my decision doesn't matter then??? Then why and the hell was I asked then, if what he says go then he should do it all since that's what he believes.  Lately because of the tightness of the $$$ he has been a @!*#.

Anyways, I hope that everyone has a WONDERFUL holiday and try not to over eat! I know I always do.  It's all those wonderful smells and tastes that do me in.

Men are such lovely creatures. I hope that his mood improves. I would be pretty irritated if I was asked and it didn't mean squat. I really hope that wasn't what was meant.
All too often I think they overreact to kids fighting. I have never been in a room with more than one teenager and didn't have some sort of fight or argument at least break out. I hope that all goes well in court. Teenagers are a real handfull especially these days. Just try to keep your chin up and count the days till they turn 18. LOL
